PAYMENT METHODS:

Online payment: via Paypal or credit/debit card. 

Offline payment: via Cheque (UK Sterling only please) Postal order or direct bank transfer (by arrangement please contact for details).

Please allow 5 days for all personal cheques to clear before we despatch, we usually ship items the next working day after funds are cleared. 

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

We take great pride in our packaging and ship worldwide. We aim to be as quick and efficient as possible at the lowest cost to you with shipments combined at checkout to reduce costs further, please allow approx 48hrs (not including weekends) for dispatch of your items once payment as cleared. Prices quoted are for Royal Mail First Class, Recorded and Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK).  Royal Airmail and International signed for (European and Worldwide). We do not send anything surface mail as this method cannot be tracked and is therefore open to theft. Depending on the size and value of the items we will sometimes use other carriers and this will be stated on your invoice. Postage selection is made at the checkout; please ensure you select the correct service. We always recommend insured and recorded postage, First Class and Airmail without the signed for options are only insured for up to a maximum £34 compensation. We always obtain proof of delivery so £34 would be the limit of our liability.  Special delivery and int’l signed for options are fully insured for shipment value and can be tracked online, on items with a value over £50 we will automatically send you the recorded option.

GUARANTEES, RETURNS & REFUNDS:

 We guarantee the condition of our stock to be as described on the item details, without damage or repair (unless otherwise stated).

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason and notify us within 7 days of receipt, you are welcome to return it and we will refund you, less the cost of shipping and insurance (assuming there has been no damage to the item). However if we have mis-described an item we will pay for all shipping and insurance.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
